OVERVIEW

In order to satisfy the growth projections set forth by our clients, we must personally grow in size first. To do so, we need the expertise of an HR Recruiter to help scout, recruit, and onboard Greenville’s finest. This Human Resources/Recruitment position works closely with both the marketing/sales team and management, so GREAT communication skills are a MUST!

RESPONSIBILITIES

✓ Human resources management and compliance
✓ Review of applicants’ resumes
✓ Recruitment and talent acquisition
✓ Scheduling interviews and meetings
✓ Participation in daily business operations
✓ Administrative tasks and office management

REQUIREMENTS

✓ 2-4 year degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred
✓ At least 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, restaurant, hospitality, or administrative work
✓ Professional image and demeanor
✓ Fun and outgoing personality
